Apprentos is an AI-powered workforce infrastructure platform designed to modernize Registered Apprenticeships, a $4B federally regulated system that remains largely paper-based and fragmented across 50+ state agencies.

I led the technical build from concept through MVP: architecting the platform's microservices infrastructure, managing offshore development teams, and designing compliance-first systems to meet Department of Labor regulatory requirements. The platform integrates employer onboarding, apprentice tracking, and standards management into a unified system built for scale.

The work involved translating complex federal compliance frameworks into functional software, solving for the intersection of bureaucratic process and modern product design.
